- Hello! We're Mike and Jen.We've been married now for 5 years.Mike is an ER doctor and has offically finished his residency program!He has accepted a position at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Jen is a RN and works at the same hospital as Mike. We have an amazing 21 month old little boy name Mason.He teaches new ways of thinking about things everday, always keeps us on our toes and laughing. We recently added a new addition the the family, a beautiful little girl, Zoe Nicole Kiemeney, born May 19th. She weighed 8 lbs 10 oz!Truly blessed are we. We love to hang out with our friends and family.We have a lab, named Rusty, who is sometimes more of a handfull than our kids.Together we enjoy cooking, going to the beach,turning the music up real loud and rocking out and curling up on the couch in front of the fireplace on a rainy day or in our family bed watching Cars. We created this blog because we are not really twitter or facebook people but we wanted to keep in contact with you!If you know us then you also know that we get really busy and are not good at keeping in contact with people.So we hope this blog bridges that gap.So sit back and read about our new adventures.
Hey Jen and Mike!! It's your family from a small town called Tustin in Cali if you remember us?!?!? haha Grandma would like to know Jen, where you are working? Looks as if you are both truely enjoying NC!!! We are so happy for you!! My mom has been trying to log onto your blog for a while but you know older people have a hard time with changes and blogging is hard to understand! However Grandma enjoyed looking at your adventures in NC online(with help of course, I don't even let my dad use my computer without me sometimes, people older then 50 watch out!!!) Well, hope all the new adventures are just as great or better!! Rusty is SO CUTE!!!

We have been watching over Alley for a few days while Kyle and Jim are in HAWAII AGAIN WITHOUT ME!!!(they are such copy cats! I went zipping over the wild animal park so they are zipping in Maui! Jealous!)which has kept our house busy! I'm starting my sophomore year at CSUF!! I love college! This summer I have been doing things I have never done before: got my ears pierced, zipping, jet skiing, and worked at a food bank. Grandma is the same...sleeping in everyday because she goes to bed at like 2AM!!! But she says good bye to me when I leave for class then goes straight to bed with a smile and Abbey and Molly following behind. However she has been going to Angels games with Lynda when they can...poor people who set around her. She yells!! YES SHE DOES!!! At least she hasn't put a beachball in someones face behind her this season. She makes me laugh every time we go and can be embarrssing too. Mom and Dad have been going places without me now!!! Who said college means they leave me out? But, they have passes to the zoo and wild animal park in San Diego which have been their daycations this summer.
